I know that all the elliptical and treadmill worshipers are probably fuming to me now, after this title, but the fact is that the cross trainers and treadmills are one of the work less effective in existence. With this article I will show you how to get an education more efficient fat burning, without wasting time on stupid exercise on a treadmill or elliptical trainer boring.

Now let me explain that if you really honestly enjoy your ellipticalTraining and exercise programs on the treadmill, then I'll give you my blessing to keep doing what you love. The reason is that even though ellipticals and treadmills are relatively ineffective compared to other types of exercises that make you the most fun you derive the greatest benefit in the long run because you're more likely to stay with it consistently.

However, do not say that I would not say that you are wasting time with all the boringMindless Cardio machine.

I also talked to my ezine subscribers … I do not believe in cardio machines as a good form of preparation at all. This is surprising, from a fitness nut, like me, but I do not think I've personally used an exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical or any other cardiovascular machine for at least 8 years or more.

In fact, I do not think that even with cardio machines for more warm-up before my workout. In fact, I think,It 'much more efficient heating of the weight and / or Kettlebell swings, tears, clean and presses, etc. I do the exercises with weight as a great full-body warm-up before the joint work.

Because I think cardio machines are so terrible? Well, here are 5 good reasons:

1) Treadmills and ellipticals are just a very inefficient way to drive than other options. But what are good alternatives to cross-trainer and treadmill training? Some of my favorites are:

Outdoor wind sprintTraining – is the ultimate rock band for a thin body is difficult … Just look at the powerful super-thin and torn bodies of world class sprinters and compare the physical decay of weak typical marathoners … What would you rather look like?

Jumping rope – incredible mind / body, and even fun (you can speed jumping, crossover jumps to try to double jump, but when you run)

Kettlebell training – nothing can beat your heart and sweatas REP Kettlebell swings and / or tears (or clean & presses)! You can do with dumbbells, but I prefer Kettlebells as they have better "feel" for them, and the imbalance of the KBs have, makes you work harder)

Bodyweight exercises – mountain climbers, bodyweight squats, push-ups, jumping drills, lunges, bear Strip, Plank holds, and so on.

The old rowing machine – do not know exactly in this cluster, as the "heart" of the machine itself as ellipticalTreadmill … Instead, I think the rowing machine is actually a great full body workout that actually uses real resistance)

Hill Sprint – running on a hill as hard as possible, followed by foot down and then repeat as many times as you can to complete the training (yet another classic exercise of a rock hard lean)

Shadow Boxing … The formation of a murderess, but if you're shy, this is best done at home, because you get mad to do this in a typical gym look!

Swimming Sprint – oneToning muscle training compared to swim at a constant speed away … I really pumping higher organisms swam Sprint (instead of swimming slow and steady, with sprint swimming, you swim as fast as possible to exercise the power that is obtained for 1 turn. Then, for 15-20 seconds of rest in another swim before Sprint).

Punching Bag Boxing Training at the entrance, a speed bag, the bag to retrieve … All training is enormous, and much more fun than boring cardio machines (requires a greatmind the intense relationship between the body, the results are increased).
